Carlos has been working with Joey as a golf instructor since 2006. Since working together, Carlos has had an extremely successful time on the professional mini tour circuit and is now focusing on obtaining PGA Tour status. Carlos has enjoyed his past two years of professional golf winning on the gatway Tour in 2008 and having five top ten finishes. In 2008 Carlos also advanced to the 2nd stage of PGA Tour Qualifying. In 2009, Carlos qualified with a score of 66 to enter in the Saboba Springs Nationwide Tour event and also successfully made the cut in 15th place. He finished in 50th place overall and relized at that time he is very comfortable and capable of playing professional tour golf on the PGA and Nationwide Tours. Systemgolf has helped Carlos become a better ball striker and one of the longest drivers of the ball we have ever seen. Carlos was top five in driving distance averaging just over 305 yards per drive! This year will be a focus on improving his wedge play and becoming a more consistent putter. We are confident with his continued dedication to stay the course, Carlos will have a breakout year and secure a spot on the PGA Tour.

Carlos has an equipment sponsorship with Cleveland Golf for golf clubs and Titleist Footjoy for balls and shoes.
